Alliance leadership and Empire Blue Cross representatives are actively talking and exchanging proposals at the negotiating table.

While progress is admittedly slow, we are committed to a viable resolution and are working hard to achieve a contract settlement as soon as possible. We believe that patients and quality care always come first.
